Petrochem Insulation, Inc. believes in the dignity and importance of the individual

of occupational injuries and illness is of such a consequence to this belief that

We have established an accident prevention program that emphasizes the integration
of safety and health measures into each job so that safety and health along with
job performance become inseparable. This is accomplished through the cooperative
efforts of owners and employees who seek to obtain the lowest accident/injury rate
possible. Petrochem is proud of our consistently low EMR and Incident rating, which
is well below the industry’s average.
Petrochem also recognizes that alcohol or substance abuse by an employee can impair
their ability to perform properly and can have serious adverse effects on the safety,
efficiency, and productivity of other employees and the company as a whole. Petrochem
presently has contracts with three major substance testing facilities nationwide.
We have stringent testing policies for pre-employment, random, post-accident and
reasonable suspicion. Petrochem prides itself with being able to supply their clients
with a drug free work force.
